Jeff was elected County Councillor in May 2021, in Bideford West and Hartland. A businessman, Jeff has established himself as a key voice in our area and runs Chapter Care (North Devon) Ltd. Jeff has written several economic papers and is becoming a well-known figure in the social care sector as his drive for change gains momentum. Jeff is also the new chair of Torridge & West Devon Conservatives.
