James Morrish is the Conservative Candidate for Holsworthy Rural. James is both a former Leader of Torridge District Council and a past Chairman of the Torridge & West Devon Conservative Association.
Jeff is our councillor candidate for County Council, in Bideford West and Hartland. A businessman, Jeff has established himself as a key voice in our area and runs Chapter Care (North Devon) Ltd.
